Draft — story being written

About Engrane

Engrane is a reading tool for people who have to understand something, not just get through it. This page is where the person behind it will explain why, once that is written.

What it is for

Reading is where understanding is won or lost, and most tools optimise the other half of the work: collecting, summarising, filing. Engrane reads with you instead — it turns a source into a subject you can move through, and then asks you what you actually understood.

Who runs it

Engrane is operated by Liam Michael McLeod, sole trader, trading as X-3 Solutions, NSW 2037, Australia.

The part that belongs to a person rather than a company — why this was built, and for whom — is being written. It is not on this page yet, and a placeholder paragraph in its place would be the kind of sentence that reads as a story without being one.

What is not here yet

No team page, no funding story, no customer logos, no press quotes. None of them exist. When any of them does, it will be added rather than implied.
